For delivery within the UK, items will be delivered by Royal Mail postal service. Please be aware that unfortunately postal delays do occur sometimes and this is sadly something that is beyond our control.
During particularly busy periods, such as sales, our despatch and delivery times may take longer than usual. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but please bear with our very small team of 2 people during busier periods.
For any orders from outside the UK, please select the one of the International options on check out. You can choose Royal Mail International, which has an estimated delivery time frame of 1-3 weeks, though orders usually do arrive within 1 week. Or alternatively please select the Courier option for a faster delivery time.
If you are based in the UK and have not received your order within 1 week of placing it, please contact us immediately as it is highly unusual for deliveries to take longer than 5 days.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods simply send the product back in perfect condition and we will credit your account.
